- Is the SOP review really free?
- Yes, all of it. Paste your draft and you get an overall score out of 10, written feedback on all six axes — specificity, fit with your target course, structure, voice, clarity and grammar — and a ranked list of what to change, with no account and no email address. Nothing is held back.
- Do you store my statement of purpose?
- Not for the free review. Your draft is sent to our AI provider to be read once, the score comes back to you, and we keep nothing — no database row, no log of the text. A draft is saved only if you choose a step that says so first: saving it to your account, or buying a fix pass, which keeps it with your order so we can deliver and answer any refund question.
- Will this work for a UCAS personal statement?
- Not as its own format yet. From 2026 entry, UCAS asks three separate questions with a shared limit of 4,000 characters. This review reads whatever you paste as one piece of writing, so it can tell you whether your writing is specific and clear, but it does not check each UCAS question or the character limits. It is built for postgraduate statements of purpose and application essays.
